cubrid_field_seek — 將結果集游標移動到指定的欄位偏移量
此函式將結果集游標移動到指定的欄位偏移量。如果 cubrid_fetch_field() 不包含欄位偏移量，則它會使用此偏移量。成功時返回 TRUE，失敗時返回 FALSE。
resultresult 來自呼叫 cubrid_execute() 的結果。
field_offset欄位偏移量的數值。 field_offset 從 0 開始。如果 field_offset 不存在，也會發出等級為 E_WARNING 的錯誤。
